I remember the day when we had quality issues and the customers were unhappy dealing with us, and came to papa with their views. After his interaction, he called me into his room and gave me his views - he said “ Beta, remember to give consistent quality , good or bad is not important, as the customer is looking for consistency. If our product is consistent in quality, the customers know what they are getting.” Secondly, he said, let your quality be sceond to none, try and fill the gap with consistent good quality and address the need of the customer. These thoughts and advice continue to be our guiding principles.
